Students practice independently. No teacher besides yourself and your investigative spirit.
Led Primary Series Class
This class is currently suspended until further notice. During these classes instruction on postures will be limited. If you are not familiar with the entire series, you are welcome to attend and practice as is appropriate, then sit and observe.*
Intro to Ashtanga and the Mysore Style Course
This class is currently suspended until further notice. This is an introduction to what mysore is and how it works. During class students will have the opportunity to discuss their individual needs, ask questions and practice independently with guidance from the teachers.
Students will continue developing their practice over the course of the next 8-weeks by attending any of the regularly scheduled classes.
Our INTRO course is appropriate for beginners and any student wishing to deepen their existing practice. You do not need to know the primary series. You do not need to be “good” at yoga. We will introduce you to this practice and teach you the skills you need to develop your very own practice. We know how to modify skills that are out of your current range.
