Adventures of JO Update
Joanna begins guest teaching at Meadowlark Yoga in Scotland introducing international teacher JO!
She then goes to India to study and apprentice with and for David Garrigues in Kovalam India for the month of February. March takes her back to Scotland and those lucky yogis at Meadowlark Yoga.
We are are hoping for JO & Pig Pup sighting in Durham, NC, USA this summer! Stay Tuned.
