Texting in bed pre-morning mysore is dangerous.
It is so dangerous I am going to give it a name. BEXTING……
Bexting leads to a virtual paper trail of the former inner dialogue.
Bexting although dangerous, is spot on….
It IS cozy in bed.
It IS rainy and cold
The roads ARE wet.
And the Bexters… while in their cozy beds shielded from the cold rain and the wet roads really and truly do not want to go to the ashtanga studio… all true statements being bextted… and that is why this form of pre-ashtanga interaction can be so very dangerous!
this particular Bexting incident somehow turned it around and ended up with two wonderful cups of coffee after two fantastic Ashtanga Yoga practices at Ashtanga Yoga Club Durham’s morning mysore class. Go Stacey and Go Kathleen!! xoxo

Hahahaha!! Busted! But it’s just the inner dialogue. Showing up is what counts, and they always show up.
I am amazed at the ashtangi ability to get to practice!
